ARE YOU A SUPER ORGANIZER?! Please help our guests at the Interim Housing Center by bagging up requests of much-needed items! Fulfill client needs lists by bagging up non-perishable food, baby care and personal care items Help keep donated items located in the Guest Pantry organized and tidy Guest Pantry hours:  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00pm - 5:00pm We are looking for once a week recurring volunteers to help with this opportunity.

The Coffee Station is a new initiative designed to provide a warm and welcoming start to the day for clients at the Interim Housing Center (IHC). We are seeking volunteers to help operate this service every morning.Volunteer shifts: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM  Monday through Friday  (Coffee service hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

Volunteer Role:

Brew coffee and heat water for a self-serve station in the IHC's kitchen.Ensure the station is stocked and ready for clients.Maintain a clean and inviting setup.All volunteers will receive training at their first shift.Individuals can serve alone, but volunteering with a friend is always welcome!If unable to attend a scheduled shift, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Join us in making mornings brighter for IHC clients—one cup at a time!

Help is needed assisting clients with their search for a good job! Resume writing, interviewing skills, and other important employment and job search skills This volunteer opportunity needs to be scheduled through the Director of Employment & Education Solutions, Lutisha Jefferson at ljefferson@dupagepads.org Thank you for volunteering for this life-changing role!
