Front Desk Support provides important assistance to clients and staff on day-to-day needs at the IHC such as:

Assisting guests with room key renewals

Messaging staff when client support is needed

Reminding guests about scheduled on-site resources like meal service

Sorting mail

And other administrative tasks that support our mission to end homelessness
