DuPagePads is seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers to work alongside onsite staff and an onsite security guard during overnight shifts at our Client Access Center Warming Center. Volunteers play an essential role in helping us maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Volunteer Shifts:

4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

10:00 pm – 4:00 am

4:00 am – 8:00 am
Volunteer Responsibilities:
-
Assisting with meal distribution for clients
-
Supporting laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens

Distributing essential supplies to guests
-
Accepting, organizing, and sorting incoming donations

Socializing with clients and providing friendly, respectful conversation and support
Volunteers will work collaboratively with DuPagePads staff and an onsite security guard to ensure a safe and comfortable environment throughout the evening and overnight hours.
